You can contact a third party for inquiries;


2、Refunds are not supported when using the product without contacting the technical department or providing specific descriptions of related errors;


3、For those who are dissatisfied with the product or fail to meet expectations during use, they can send an email to the after-sales department. After verification, if the situation is true and due to our company's fault, they can apply for a refund.




Our company will process the refund within 3-7 working days, but the actual refund time depends on your payment method. Due to holidays, the refund processing time may be longer than expected, but it will not exceed 10 working days. If you have not received the refund within 2 weeks of being approved, please contact us to check the refund status.


If there are force majeure factors, but not limited to them, they can be resolved through negotiation
